I was so fortunate to have acted with Julie in the play "Royal Family". She was a lovely woman and a wonderful actress... so professional, so giving, truly regal. Years after, I ran into her when she was teaching and she graced me with a real presence and true attentiveness. She jumped in my arms and I felt on top of the world... she made me feel like dancing. Do you know where she has been interned so I can bring some flowers and say my peace & prayers? It is the least I can do for a woman who so wonderfully & graciously made me feel so loved and respected. May GOD bless her soul.

To the Family of Julie Adams,
As i watch tonight the TCM viewing of "The Creature From The Black Lagoon," it is such enjoyment to watch a Julie Adams' movie. Anytime i stumble across
her work if it be a feature movie or a TV performance, it is such a treat. Whenever i debate about the great beauties like Ava Gardner or Hedy Lamarr or Gene Tierney, it is Julie Adams that is 1st included in my Mount Rushmore of great beauties. She has a charismatic goodwill energy coming from possibly her soul that just takes your breath away & one's heart pounds a bit faster whenever she is there on the screen. Lol. I really don't know how to better explain it, but she has a magic about her that goes beyond her pure beauty. So sorry for your loss & to hear about the passing of this very precious, talented woman, beloved by many worldwide...

I was quite surprised to hear of Julie's passing and always wanted to know if she liked working with Elvis in one of my favorite films, Tickle Me. Was it one of her favorite films, too?

Whats up are using Wordpress for your site platform? I'm new to the blog world but I'm trying to get started and set up my own. Do you need any html coding expertise to make your own blog?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
---------------------
Answer from webmaster: It's a combination of hand coding and Adobe's Dreamweaver. If you use Wordpress or Dreamweaver, you can do it without hand coding.

Hi there! Quick question that's completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My site looks weird when viewing from my iphone 4. I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this issue. If you have any recommendations, please share. Thank you!
----------------------------------
Answer from webmaster: When the site was first designed, most people were still accessing the site from a laptop of desktop computer. Now of course that has changed. To fix the problem would mean a website overhaul to make it mobile friendly. This would take much time and money. In the meantime, you'll have to scroll around the site with your fingers.

Hey this is kind of of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.
I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
---------------------------------------
Note from webmaster: Although this website doesn't really qualify as a blog, you don't need coding experience to start a blog if you use one of the many content managers out there like Wordpress. I use a combination of hand coding and Dreamweaver on this website.

I have been a fan of Julie Adams for as long as I can remember. I watched a lot of westerns as a kid in the 60's as well as sci-fi, including The Creature From The Black Lagoon. Julie was one of my first actress "crushes" when I was a kid. While it saddens me that she is now gone, I am glad that she lived a long, fulfilling life doing what she loved. She will live on in the many wonderful characters that she portrayed onscreen. Rest in peace, Julie Adams. You were amazing. You were loved.

Mitch, just wanted to send our condolences on your mom's passing. She was a wonderful actress and a fine lady. It was an honor to have met her and spent a little time with her at an event (you were there, too. We were the couple with the creature model holding a resin model of your mom) at which she wrote me a beautiful note which we treasure. We hope you are all doing well and take great comfort in knowing how many people had strong feelings for your mother and the positive joy she brought to those of us who loved her and all her performances.

Hi,
I just found out about Julie’s passing. Like others, I don’t know how I missed it. I visited her web site a few times always meaning to purchase and autographed photo but unfortunately , didn’t get around to it. I was about 10 or so in the 60’s when I saw her and the Creature and was hooked. I’ve enjoyed her movies all through the years and wanted to pass along my condolences for an incredible lady and actress. Take care and wishing you all the best.
Dave

I was a fan already of "Capitol" because of carolyn jones and constance towers. When julie joined the cast I was thrilled to say the least.I also remember her as Jimmy Stewarts' wife on his show, as well as so many other tv shows and movies and commercials (remember Coldwell-Banker).I love you Julie I'll never forget.

R.I.P. Julie Adams
Dear family of Julie Adams. I will never forget the first time I saw Julie. She was in the hands of the Creature from the Black Lagoon. I fell in love with her. I did not see the movie in the 50's, but on TV as I am only 56, but I have always admired her work. Even in the 70's when she played on Code Red. Please except my deep sympathy at your time of shallow. Will love her alaways, Allen

I was very saddened to hear of Julie's passing. I did not get to meet her but I have a biography signed by her. She had a most interesting career. I really enjoyed reading her book and I also have a picture signed by her from The Creature film. That was always my favorite horror film and really scared me as a kid, but I still like it today.
Rest in peace Julie, thanks for the memories.
