Feeling kind of embarrassed here. I've just ordered a copy of "The Lucky Southern Star" with personal dedication., but I don't see where to contact to communicate the "free picture of your choice". Also, when I hit "PAY NOW" I had no payment options other than Pay Pal, which is fine , but that account is in my proper name "John" and not the name I would prefer on the personal dedication, which would be "Jack".
