The Creature from the Black Lagoon remains a true classic, even after more than half a century. You were exquisite in it and your beautiful bathingsuit made a profound impression on the 10 year-old young boy I was at the time. Today, I own the Universal DVD of the film and it remains one of my favorite.

Ever since "The Private War of major Benson" I have been a fan, not to mention the Black Lagoon. When you entered the "Murder She Wrote" series, the episodes in Cabot Cove with you and the girls were my favorites.

When I was very young you came to a theatre in Kansas City, Missouri and were touting your western movie. You called some kids on the stage and you bent over and kissed me. I have always admired you as an actress, a real person of integrity and a beautiful woman inside and out. May God bless you for the way you have carried yourself throughout your life. The book is selling well!

Naturally a fan since Creature. A flick that had me cowering in the back seat of our Studebaker. Can you imagine my parents taking me to this scare fest? lol I was 9 or so at the time. Even now the film gives me the shivers. Naturally I have it on DVD. Just love it. We so enjoy your appearances on Murder She Wrote (We have all the seasons), Perry Mason (all those so far as well), etc. Just wuv you. lol

Happy new year! And many more. I just got done watching " The Creature from the Black Lagoon" for the 50th time. But you have done so many great movies and been in so many tv shows, thank you.

You have the most ageless face of anyone in Hollywood; you really don't look much different than when you starred with Tyrone Power in "Mississipi Gambler", or guested on "77 Sunset Strip".

After my recent message, I checked around and found the 2-disk set of your six 1950 Lippert westerns under the title BIG IRON COLLECTION on Amazon. I've only watched two but greatly enjoyed "Colorado Rangers"- lots of humor and plenty of shoot-em ups. Director Thomas Carter certainly knew how to make every penny count.

I just want to say that no matter which name you went by, I never had any problem picking you out of a film or TV series. You were certainly one of the most beautiful women of your time. I recently received my copy of the signed novelization of "The Creature..." from my old friend Greg Ketter at DreamHaven Books. I've ordered your signed bio with picture (#8, of course). It would be interesting to see a set of the Lippert westerns you did under you original name. I know I'd buy a copy. I'm an old monster movie fan but I love westerns as well. Best wishes for 2012.
