hey,I was watching an episode of Perry Mason the other day,& I thought i saw a woman that i recognized but I wasn't sure. The name of the character was Valerie Comstock. So I went on my computer & typed the name of that particular Perry Mason episode & looked at the cast & sure enough Valerie Comstock was played by Julie Adams. I thought to myself, is it that Julie Adams that was in the "Create of the Black Lagoon" as well as other great movies? Sure enough it was!

Hi Julie. I watched "Creature from the Black Lagoon" on ME-TV last Saturday and really enjoyed the film. I once again got nervous when you decided to swim alone in the lagoon and shouted "Don't do that !! The creature will get you !!". But you just ignored my shouts and went on swimming. I hope you have learned a lesson. Never swim alone (my mom always told me that) and just never swim in a black lagoon....

My wife has a pair of white shorts similar to those you wore in Creature. We are both 60 and watched the movie last night on METV. Saturday, May 5. _I always refer to those shorts as her "hot pants"! Thank you for your career choices that you gave us. You are one of my favorite actors and I am an old movie buff so I enjoy the older movies. I just watched "Murder She Wrote" (Hugh O'Brien killed in Eve's bedroom!!!). Jimmy Stewart was also one of my favorite people.
