Just saw an item on Facebook with information showing that you lived in Blytheville for 8 years. I was born in Blytheville in 1949 and graduted as a BHS Chickasaw in 1968. It is great know that such a great actress called Blytheville home. Lots of pictures of Julie out fighting and shooting with the other "good guys," tangling with "bad guy" John L. Cason, and riding the same range in Chatsworth, Calif., where the Lone Ranger, Roy Rogers, John Wayne and the rest of the great movie and TV cowboys once rode. As a child, I remember watching you in Creature from the Black Lagoon with my grandmother. Every time I see you or that movie, it brings back fond memories of my childhood with Gram. I even convinced my wife to allow me to hang a Creature poster in our living room. The poster always makes me smile, and the stunningly beautiful woman in the white bathing suit is an added bonus! My mother told me I should pay attention to your work when I was in my teens. I was not disappointed. Yes, you are a beautiful woman and believable in everything you do. There was something else, something in your voice that added a catch, a depth. It is there even in lighter performance.
