Just saw an item on Facebook with information showing that you lived in Blytheville for 8 years. I was born in Blytheville in 1949 and graduted as a BHS Chickasaw in 1968. It is great know that such a great actress called Blytheville home. I too got a quarter to go to the Ritz, Roxy, or the Moxley theaters. 15 cent ticket, nickle coke and nickle box of popcorn great days in a great town

Dear Ms Adams, I was watching an old Hitchcock rerun tonight that you were in. I had always thought that you were an exceptional actress with a stunning appearance ! I was curious as to where you were today. So I looked and found your web site. I am glad to learn that you are still with us at 91. I hope you are doing well. I myself am 57. I have health issues due to war injuries. I just wanted you to know how much I have enjoyed your work in the films you were in. Good luck to you and thanks again !...//Garry

Nice to see a couple of recent features on the Iverson Movie Ranch Blog that delve into Julie Adams' terrific career, and in particular her work early in her career in the Lippert Westerns back in 1950. Lots of pictures of Julie out fighting and shooting with the other "good guys," tangling with "bad guy" John L. Cason, and riding the same range in Chatsworth, Calif., where the Lone Ranger, Roy Rogers, John Wayne and the rest of the great movie and TV cowboys once rode. It's well worth a look for fans of Julie. A Google search for "Iverson Movie Ranch Blog" brings it right up.

Dear Ms. Adams,
As a child, I remember watching you in Creature from the Black Lagoon with my grandmother. Every time I see you or that movie, it brings back fond memories of my childhood with Gram. I even convinced my wife to allow me to hang a Creature poster in our living room. The poster always makes me smile, and the stunningly beautiful woman in the white bathing suit is an added bonus! Hope you are doing well, and thank you for the great memories. Thing I’ll pick up some autographed photos for my office from work.

It's an honor to be able to write you. I am a big fan and have been ever since seeing some of your early films. I am almost 60 now, but began seeing your films in my early 20. You are one of the best actresses ever in my opinion. You are comfortable to watch and don't even appear to be acting. You're a natural, but I am sure you worked hard to achieve that skill. I enjoy seeing the westerns the most. I just watched The Lawless Breed with you and Rock Hudson. You have quite a range in playing characters. I hope you are doing well. Thank you for all your films and I am glad that I get to see so many on TCM! May God Bless You.

My mother told me I should pay attention to your work when I was in my teens. I was not disappointed. Yes, you are a beautiful woman and believable in everything you do. There was something else, something in your voice that added a catch, a depth. It is there even in lighter performance. I think a lot of people think of that quality as a special ability to make us all notice you and believe you. Thanks so much for sharing your career with us.
