I saw you today in a 1959 Maverick show called "Basada Spur." You played Belle Morgan Jack Kelly romanced you in the show. I felt moved enough to write. I wasn't able to watch Maverick when I grew up since I lived in a small town, Garrett, IL, and we could only get the CBS affiliate out of Champaign, IL. I am age 65 now. You really impressed me with your beauty and voice. Wow, would I love to have been in Jack's place. Of course, I was only age 9 in 1959 so I would have had to be bit older. I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed your performance. I hope it gives you a smiley face today to know that even somewhat old folks, like me, really enjoy your work even 56 years later.

Hi Julie, I met you a few months ago in Denver at the Mile High Horror Film Festival and had you sign a magazine newspaper from 1956 with your photo on the cover. We took a picture together , me, you and the magazine and I thought I had the photo, but it was your handler ( your son I believe ) who took the photo on his camera. He wanted a picture of the magazine since it was so old and I don't believe he's seen one before. Im in process of framing it now and realizing that I don't have the photo, threw all the excitement I thought the picture was taken on my camera till now... If there's a way I could get a copy of the photo emailed to me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much and let me know if theres any other information you need about it.

I have to say Thank You for The Creature from the Black Lagoon. The movie plays a special part in my future with the man of my dreams. We spent may of days talking of your beauty and those white shorts. (inside joke between us). I would have never ever thought I'd be watching old movies. The Creature brought us together. Our relationship has started at a distance 809 miles apart. Our 1st weekend will be at Wakulla Springs lodge 02/27/15. Just saw you on an episode of Burke's Law with Gene Barry. Such a great actress who could do so many roles. Then I saw a recent 2012 interview on youtube. What a pleasant surprise to see what a truly beautiful person you continue to be.

Hi Julia I bet you don't even get this or even take time to read it so I'll just make a long story short :) When I was young the Creature was my favorite monster and I have turn my kids on to the movie and now that I am 50 I have my grandkids watching the Creature and it still to this day give them a scare lol. Julia just like to say thanks for the memories and in a way you and the cast has been part of my family for many years thanks.
